Infrastructure or integrity problem under the engine.

How to fix it

Check /debug/stats and object-store health; free space or restore from backup. Contact ops with the correlation_id.

Every RelataDB error carries a correlation_id (UUIDv7). Cite it when reporting — ops cannot trace the request without it. See reporting errors.
